Summer Mission Teams Travel

Summer is a busy time for mission teams as they travel to Honduras to share the Good News of Christ with those in our companion Diocese.  Two new churches joined the many in the Diocese of Central Florida to make the journey and to receive the blessing.

Rev. Jonathan French and 13 members from his congregation, Grace Church, Ocala, went to El Hogar de Amor y Esperanza from June 24-30.  Read what their team members had to say about this life-changing experience.

Rev. Tim Nunez also led a mission team to El Hogar and established a ‘sister parish’ in a Parish to Parish relationship with St. Mary’s, Belleview and Santa Maria de los Angeles in Tegucigalpa.  Read here about their experience.
